About: Added Value Training
1. Education As Opposed To Training
While Insite does pursue training, we see training as a means toward the desired end – education. Pure training does not entrench meaningful learning. It only focuses on drills and volition. Education concentrates primarily on cognition.

2. Generic & Customised Course Material
Although Insite does offer generic courses (and outlines of these courses are provided), it is assumed that customisation is preferred for a meaningful learning experience and intervention. This requires consultation.
Example: What is often considered “Negotiation” might actually include much of what Insite terms “Assertiveness”

3. Sustained Follow Up
Insite provides, as part of the cost originally quoted, sustained follow up for entrenchment of skills and monitoring progress. This can last up to seven months, depending on two variables - course and client needs.
Example: Business Writing interventions often require email assessments and tuition for three - seven months after course completion.

4. Measurement and Quantification
Every course encompasses “incremental” or “concentric” methodology. This involves a series of cycles that build on one another in ever-increasing complexity. By the end of the course, the learner has developed a vast array of skills that are all interconnected and mutually dependent.
Example: In negotiation and assertiveness, initial lessons focus on character types and then overlay aggressive/passive distinctions, negotiation skills, articulation skills and finally examine overcoming manipulation. A final assessment thus measures all skills, whereas the initial assessment examines only rudimentary skills.
