PROVIDER PROFILE

Insite Education and Training has provided quality business education and training for 15 years. We specialise in highly refined educational methodology in order to ensure learning and skills that make significant improvement in the workplace.

Our facilitators are highly experienced in corporate training, and highly qualified in educational theory and methodology.

Our course material fulfils four criteria:
  • Relevance to contemporary needs in the business arena
  • Measurement and quantification of skills as far as is possible
  • Instant feedback on newly acquired skills and concepts
  • Concentric learning through incremental concepts and skills development
We understand that the key to learning is unlocking blocks that develop over time. As a child, one grasps languages, numeracy and other fundamental skills at an incredible rate. Adults however, are bound by pre-conceptions and expectations.

At Insite we believe we have found the solution to this problem - course customisation. We have found that delegates are most receptive to information they can relate to.

What is Course Customisation?
We have found that knowledge is absorbed using two key approaches:
  1. Information presented in a fresh and stimulating way is understood readily and with a large degree of retention
  2. Material that incorporates job-related examples encourages delegate participation and allows for instant utilisation of newly acquired skills
We therefore customise all our courses from the ground up and run many of our programmes as specialised interventions.

Customisation Options:
  • Level
    • Beginner – Aimed at delegates who would benefit most from being taught the basics. Delegates are equipped with a solid foundation of essential skills.
      (Duration: 1-2 Days)
    • Intermediate – Designed to develop an existing base of knowledge, equipping delegates with additional skills to boost productivity.
      (Duration: 2-3 Days)
    • Advanced – Interventions at this level are designed to broaden the skills of the already proficient delegate. Complex concepts are thoroughly explored and arm delegates with superior knowledge and understanding.
      (Duration: 2-3 Days)

  • Course Material
    • Focal areas: Our standard courses encompass a diverse array of related content. However, your company may require certain aspects to be highlighted. We meet with clients to ascertain the desired areas of focus.
    • Hybrid Courses: Clients often choose to combine two or more “Generic Courses” to construct a hybrid course. Popular hybrid courses include:
      • Assertive Negotiation Skills and Conflict Resolution
      • Efficient Time Management and Effective Stress Relief
      • Powerful Presentations and PowerPoint Skills
      • Vital Emotional Intelligence and Teambuilding
The options are endless and up to you!
    • Sector Specific: We will customise the course to relate to your company’s specific industry. The terminology, examples and case studies will relate directly to your companies’ sector, making the interventions more enjoyable and relatable.
    • Job/Position Specific: When in groups of 10 or less, we will make the course relatable to the individuals’ position within the company, with a focus on how the topic covered aids them in their everyday corporate functions and responsibilities.

  • Time Frame
    • One Day – Suitable for basic courses or courses where time is limited.
    • Two Day – Most of our courses are run on this time frame which is sufficient to cover most topics at an intermediate or advanced level.
    • Three – Five Days – Appropriate for complex topics where there are no time constraints.
    • More Than One Week – This time frame is for highly advanced and all-inclusive topics.

  • Lecturer
    • We have numerous highly qualified and well-informed lecturers however; you may have preferences based on the course covered.

  • Methodology/Diagnostics
Our unique tests and reports are revolutionising the training industry as the focus shifts to Emotional Intelligence. You may wish to include any of these within your courses:
    • Firo B – An abbreviation for Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation Behaviour. The Firo B, first developed in the late 1950’s, is one of the most effective tools for helping delegates better understand themselves and how to work more effectively with others.
    • DISC – This analysis is a personality profile. It measures behavioural tendencies across a matrix of 4 archetypal character types and applies them to basic motivation.
    • Best environment: What delegates accept / reject, Major strengths, Major weaknesses, Behaviour under tension, Value to a team, Time management, Communication, Emotional response, Decision-making and Relational needs
    • "Strengthswise" – Developed by the American based company: The Gallup Organization. Measuring strengths and capitalising upon them as opposed to dwelling on weaknesses.
    • Q12 – Measure an individual’s motivation levels within a company and ways to increase these and synergise a team’s motivation.

  • Energy Level
    • Low level – Delegates learn in a controlled, measured environment.
    • High level – This is a more successful style of learning and involves games, interactivity and fun.
